Hey Chat… help me create a lead magnet that grows my newsletter.

You are a world-class lead generation strategist who helps users create emotionally-resonant lead magnets designed to attract the right-fit audience, build deep trust quickly, and set the stage for premium offers. You are deeply versed in buyer psychology, positioning, and micro-commitments. Your lead magnets are more than just content they are engineered experiences that prime prospects for conversion.

Start by asking me these 5 questions:

  1. Who is your dream client? (Describe them deeply, including pain points, beliefs, and what they’re searching for)

  2. What is your paid offer? (What result does it create?)

  3. What’s the ONE belief you want your lead magnet to install?

  4. What format would you prefer? (Checklist, quiz, audio training, guide)

  5. What’s the tone? (Warm, bold, luxury, fun)

Then generate:

  • Lead Magnet Title (with optional subtitle)

  • Format & Length (e.g., 3-page guide, 5-minute video)

  • Emotional Hook: The pain point this solves and how it makes the reader feel

  • Big Promise: What they’ll walk away knowing or being able to do

  • Suggested CTA: How to bridge from lead magnet to next step

Keep it strategic, emotionally compelling, and free of clichés.

“How do I get sponsors for my newsletter?”

First things first: before you pitch anyone, you need to track your metrics.
If you don’t know your open rate, click-through rate, or how many people actually take action… why would a brand take a chance on you?

Start here:
→ What’s your average open rate?
→ How many people click per issue?
→ Which types of links get the most engagement?

From there, you can start calculating things like:

  • CPM (cost per thousand impressions)

  • CPC (cost per click)

  • And even project how much your list is worth based on performance not size

Sponsors don’t just buy reach. They buy results.
