Ask me these questions before you build anything:
What type of offer(s) do I currently have, if any?
Who is my ideal customer or reader, and what do they buy from me now?
How often am I making offers in my newsletter or content?
What’s currently working and what’s collecting dust?
What kind of revenue goal am I aiming for in the next 90 days?
After I answer, analyze my responses and generate a Profit Maximizer Plan that includes:
My fastest path to revenue
The one offer I should focus on first
At least 3 action steps I can take this week to increase income from my current list

Start here: brands don’t buy your list size, they buy your audience’s trust.
If your readers actually open, click, and engage, you already have something most advertisers want. The key is being able to prove it.
Before you even reach out to a potential sponsor, you need to know three things:
Your numbers. Open rates, click rates, CTR on past promotions, this is your proof of performance.
Your audience. Who’s reading? Founders? Marketers? Operators? The clearer your audience profile, the easier it is to sell access to them.
Your pricing. Don’t guess. Calculate your CPM (cost per thousand impressions) or benchmark against other newsletters in your niche.
Yes, you can start with a simple email, but a clean one-page pitch deck goes a long way.
Show your audience breakdown, engagement stats, available ad slots, and pricing options. Sponsors love data and clarity.
Here’s your cheat code:
Look at who’s already advertising in newsletters similar to yours.
Make a list of those brands.
Reach out with your deck and a short, human message:
“Hey, I noticed you’ve been sponsoring [Newsletter Name]. My readers are [describe your audience]. I think you’d be a perfect fit want me to send over details?”
That’s it. Keep it short. Keep it confident.
